I check my voice mail and e-mail several times a day and I promise I will get back to you promptly. Whenever you need me – I’ll be there! Good Listener – I listen carefully to my clients needs and wishes. This includes researching and previewing homes I think will be of interest to you before you see them to make the best use of your time. You’ll see properties that meet your needs! Good Communicator – When you ask questions, it helps me do my job – I’ll understand much better what you’re looking for. I will explain the entire process to you as much or as little as needed – until you are completely comfortable. I’ll keep you fully informed of what’s happening throughout the entire process – from the beginning home search, contract-writing right through the close. Knowledgeable – My background is in business and finance so I can answer your questions quickly. I work well with many other professionals such as inspectors, loan officers and escrow agents.
